Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager who can actively identify potential clients, promote the company’s IT services, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand the company’s client base and achieve business targets.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or IT sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or software solutions.
  • proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, emails, calls, and other online platforms.
  •  Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
  • Present company services, solutions, and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
